    BRI Internet Banking is a new way to perform banking transactions using the Internet network that allows you to always be able to interact with Bank BRI anywhere with safely and easily.

  2. Is it safe to use BRI Internet Banking?

    Yes, BRI Internet Banking is designed to prioritize your financial information security.

    • It uses an international standard of internet security SSL 3.0 with 256-bit encryption, the highest level of encryption available, to make your personal & financial information unreadable as it passes over the internet.
    • You will be given a unique User ID & Password. There is no duplication of your User ID & Password and no one knows your combination. Every time you login into our system, you need to type your User ID & Password correctly. The system will automatically lock your access if you type the wrong password/user ID three times consecutively. This is to avoid any misuse from unauthorized persons.
    • There is mTOKEN for additinal security that is needed on every financial transaction (fund transfer, bill payment, purchase), change password and change email address. You will get mTOKEN through SMS after completing the Registration at Branch and the activation in Internet Banking.
    • Every transaction is not executed without your confirmation and approval.
    • Every transaction will be given a Reference Number to be used if there is any query or dispute.
    • System will automatically sign you out if there is no activity in your screen within ten minutes. Again, this is to prevent any misuse from an unauthorized person.

  3. Do I need to register to use the BRI Internet Banking facility? How do I?

    Yes. You can do the step on how to register, as follows:

    • First you must have a saving account at BRI.
    • You have to register Internet Banking at ATM BRI.
    • You will be asked to create a password Internet Banking.
    • You will be given a User ID that is printed on ATM receipts and it used to login.

  4. What does USER ID mean?

    • User ID is a set of alphanumeric characters which used to identify you and required to access BRI Internet Banking.
    • USER ID will be printed on ATM receipt after your registration is approved.
    • You can not change your User ID.
    • Do not tell others your User ID, except to BRI Call Center officer when you contact them.

  5. What does Password mean?

    • Password is a set of alphanumeric characters used as your keycode to access BRI Internet Banking.
    • You can make your own Password when registering on BRI ATM.
    • You can change your own password.
    • Do not tell others your password, including BRI Call Center officer, even when you contact them.

  6. What does mTOKEN mean?

    mTOKEN is additional pin which required on every financial transaction, change password and change email address. You'll get mTOKEN through SMS after completed the registration on BRI Branch and activated it on mTOKEN facility in BRI Internet Banking.

  9. How to login to the BRI Internet Banking?

    • Log in to : https://ib.bri.co.id
    • Enter [USER ID] and [PASSWORD].
    • Enter [VALIDASI] the 4 digit number on the screen.
    • Select the language to be used in selection [LANGUAGE].
    • Click [LOGIN] to access the available menu / facilities on BRI Internet Banking.
    • If this is your first login, you are asked to read Terms and Conditions of use, Click [AGREE] if you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
    • If you sign up through ATMs, the next screen is Activation screen where you are required to change the password and enter your email address.
    • Type your old password in the box [OLD PASSWORD].
    • Type your new password in the box [NEW PASSWORD]. New Password provisions are as follows:
      • Consist of 8-12 digits, must consist of alpha numeric and case sensitive (eg Bandung1).
      • NEW PASSWORD must not be identical to the previous three passwords that have been used.
      • Should not be the same as the USER ID.
      • Should not contain spaces in the front, middle and rear.
    • Retype the new password in the box [CONFIRM NEW PASSWORD].
    • Type your email address in the box [EMAIL].
    • Click [CHANGE] to confirm the new password and new email address, or [RESET] to erase all the data that has been typed.

  10. If I forgot my User ID or Password, what should I do?

    • If you forgot your User ID but still remember your password, please contact the BRI Call Center at 14017 numbers or 6221-57987400.
    • If you forgot your password but still remember your User ID, please contact the BRI Call Center at 14017 numbers or 6221-57987400, then do register Internet Banking via ATM.

  11. Some time ago I have a User ID & Password to access the BRI Internet Banking, but I have not had time to use it. Why when I enter a User ID & Password, the system refuses access for me?

    Do you login the first time after 45 days of the Internet Banking registration?

    If yes, then it is due to our policy, where if you do not use the User ID for 45 days from the User ID is issued, your access will expire so that the User ID / Password is not known. To be able to use Internet banking, you must re-register.
