Some time ago I have a User ID & Password to access the BRI Internet Banking, but I have not had time to use it. Why when I enter a User ID & Password, the system refuses access for me?
Do you login the first time after 45 days of the Internet Banking registration?
If yes, then it is due to our policy, where if you do not use the User ID for 45 days from the User ID is issued, your access will expire so that the User ID / Password is not known. To be able to use Internet banking, you must re-register.
